My history with children is unknown. Since coming to Pet Harbor, I have interacted with multiple children ages 0 to 10 and have displayed only positive interactions to them.
Experience with Cats:
My history with cats is unknown. Pet Harbor has performed a test for cat-friendliness. I backed away from the cats.

Energy Level:
High
Owner Aptitude Level:
Novice
Named for 9/11 Victim:
I was named for Angelene C. Carter.
History:
Running at large with another dog, I landed in an animal shelter. My “humans” signed me over to the shelter. So I came to Pet Harbor.
Movies:
  1. 7/19/17 – Wiggle waggle! Let’s play!

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Oh, I’m like a soft downy chick. I cuddle and snuggle and am a fountain full of love. I’m puppyish in my innocent, playful, ever-positive view of the world. You won’t be able to cry or have sadness around me. I won’t let you. You’ll laugh and smile 24/7 if you belong to me. I’m soft and fluffy and easy. The one negative is you won’t want to go to work. You’ll want to stay home and cuddle with me. I’m like Charmin. You just can’t stop squeezing, and I can’t stop loving.

What am I?
Neutered male Siberian Husky
Colors:
Grey & white, blue eyes
Weight:
43 pounds (as of 7/23/17)
Experience with Children:
Pet Harbor does not know my history with children. I am brand new to Pet Harbor. I have met an infant and a toddler so far. I pawed the air to be near them. When taken toward them, I gave soft kisses. I wag and attempt to get them to be interactive. When the infant puts her hands in my face, I do not react except to lick her. However, I am a strong and exuberant Siberian. So I could run laps over, under, and around young ones.
Experience with Cats:
My history with cats is unknown. Pet Harbor has performed a test for cat-friendliness. I sniffed and seemed interested but did nothing negative.
Experience with Dogs:
My history with dogs is unknown. When a dog-dog test was performed at the shelter with another male dog, I wagged to play. Since coming to Pet Harbor, I have met multiple dogs around my size. I am having fun playing with all of them.
Energy Level:
High
Owner Aptitude Level:
Young Northern breed experience is a plus!
Named for 9/11 Victim:
I was named for Howard Selwyn.
History:
Running at large, I landed in an animal shelter. This was not my first trip to jail. The other times, my owners retrieved me. Each time a dog runs at large, the fines increase. My “humans” chose this time not to retrieve me. So I came to Pet Harbor.
Movies:
7/15/17 – Watch me wait to give gentle kisses!

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Because I am full of love and kisses, I am looking for a family full of people ready to receive love and kisses. Folks of all ages would be fine by me! I am soft and easy with young ones, and I love them. I love other dogs, too. I like to play a lot. So whether that’s with children or dogs or back and forth between them, it’s all good! I’m also pretty adaptable to whatever situation/environment I encounter. So if you are looking for a versatile sweetheart with loads of energy, look no further because you found him!

What am I?
Neutered male Siberian Husky
Colors:
Black & white, blue eyes
Weight:
35 pounds (as of 7/10/17)
Experience with Children:
My history with children is unknown. Since coming to Pet Harbor, I have interacted with children of all ages and have displayed only positive reactions to them, but I am a young, energetic Siberian. So I will run laps over, under, and around young ones.
Experience with Cats:
My history with cats is unknown. Pet Harbor performed a preliminary cat test on 7/9. At first, I barked at the cats. When a cat came closer to me, I ran away from the cat and yelped. When I was taken near the cats the next time, I puffed my fur and barked again. On 8/24, I was tested further. I showed much more interest in the cats, barking continuously and fixating my eyes on them with my body frozen, trying to get closer. Pet Harbor will not allow me to live with cats as I may pose a danger to them.
Experience with Dogs:
My history with dogs is unknown. Since coming to foster care, I have incessantly played with all of the dogs (They’re around my size or bigger.) and have had only positive interactions. In fact, the best home for me will have at least one other dog around my size so we can wear out each other, rather than our humans.
Energy Level:
High
Owner Aptitude Level:
Young Northern breed experience preferred
Named for 9/11 Victim:
I was named for Wilder Gomez.
History:
I was seized by animal control for “inadequate living conditions.” From there, I came to Pet Harbor.
Movies:
  1. 7/15/17 – Pearl and Wilder
  2. 7/15/17 – I’m so sweet and rambunctious!
  3. 7/15/17 – I love belly rubs!
  4. 10/21/17 – Playtime!
  5. 10/28/17 – The Runway!
  6. 10/28/17 – Exuberance!
  7. 11/25/17 – The next Roomba!

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: The best adopter for me is someone who knows how to speed-read because let me tell you, I am faster than the speed of light and have more energy than you could possibly imagine. I’m as affectionate and loving as you could ever want as well. I just don’t stand still long enough to give more than one kiss at a time! My foster mom calls me a jumping bean. She said she should get rid of her TV service and just watch me! I’m not only active and loving, but I am super full of personality. A Pet Harbor volunteer fell madly in love with me. I was her pick of the month! That thrills me! I’ve got to stop writing so I can go play with her. I am so full of life an active family would be my dream home. Although Vita, who already found her home, was my very best friend and we played, played, played, and then played some more, I did still play the field. All the rest of the dogs I’ve met are my deputy best friends. Now that Vita has been adopted, I have chosen Jason, also available for adoption, as my new best friend. So we play, play, play, and then play some more. Oh, I’m also supposed to tell you I can’t live in an apartment because, well, besides my energy level, I have lots to say! I pack lots of wallop in this tiny body. Maybe you want to do agility or backpacking? I’m ready! Let’s go!
