More About Me: Smiles and love. Honestly, those two words describe me to a T. I always smile, and I always love. What more could you possibly want? Oh, wait. The children in my foster home asked me to be sure to tell you, even though my energy level might be considered medium-high, I am really gentle with them. They love me. Before coming to Pet Harbor, an animal shelter kept me alive longer than usual because the volunteers could tell what a great dog I am. Now I wait for someone else to realize it and become my new family. As a wooly Siberian, it is important you understand my grooming needs. Many Siberians dislike being groomed. I am fine except when you take that brush near my hocks. Then it’s on!

More About Me: In my foster home, oh, I’m so sweet. I’ve been one of those belly-up dogs. You know the kind? Submissive, gentle, filled with love. I’m really a more-than-terrific girl. My foster mom says my favorite thing is children. I definitely light up more when there are children nearby, and I have been very gentle with them, too. Of course, I’ve been great with all the dogs, too. There’s really not much more close to perfect than me. Plus, I have funny ears, and, oh, that makes them so cute.

We appear to be purebred Siberian huskies, but that is just a guess. We are cute, sweet, playful puppies.

More About Me: Best winter dog around. You see, when people sit or lay down in my foster home, I wrap myself around them like a warm and toasty winter scarf or perhaps a warm and furry winter scarf. When my people are standing, since I can’t really wrap myself around them at that time, I give them hugs or I chew on them. I mean, I want to be as close to them as I can be, and they taste good. What can I say? I am all puppy, after all. So that means I have two speeds: full speed and zonked. You might enjoy my “zonked” speed, but you should understand all that means is I’m reenergizing. My zonked periods end long before humans generally want them to end, and it takes quite a bit to get me to that zonked stage. You dig? I dig. That means I’m holier than thou. It also means I am for sure a card-carrying purebred Siberian husky. That also means I must have an owner who is a leader, not a follower. I have been a sweetheart in my foster home – very playful and loving, but I also like to see what I can get away with … literally. A sock inside the hamper? Any goodies on the kitchen counter? Something interesting in the trash cans? Any cardboard in the recycling bin? A toilet paper roll that needs to be free of the paper that binds it? It’s all play to me. My best playful escapade is stealing my foster mom’s shoes from her feet! Everything I see is a toy. Your shoe? Toy! A pinecone in the street? Toy! Remote control? Toy! Your hand? Toy! These are actual things I try to play with in my foster home. If I can pick it up, get any part of it in my mouth, or dig at it – it’s a toy! So do you fit the bill? If you need a good winter scarf and want lots of loving and play, do I belong to you?
